Underneath you will find our support line, our support ticket system and Knowledgebase. Before using them please read the instructions underneath.

The use of our support line is limited to: priority one support issues, defined as:

  • Malfunction in a crucial part of the system.
  • The system will not restart and the data is corrupted.

In all other instances the support line is used, an invoice might be sent. For less urgent problems use our Support Ticket System or check out our Knowledgebase
