Support contracts

Building4Media offers several options for her support contracts. The two most common types of support contracts are:

Office hours

  • Free remote support on working days during “office hours” (09:00 - 18:00 local Dutch time) and free software “updates” (the price is a percentage of the total software costs).

Extended hours

  • Free remote support seven days a week during “extended hours” (09:00 - 23:00 local Dutch time) and free software “updates” (the price is a percentage of the total software costs).

Underneath you will find our support line and our support email address. Before using them please read the instructions underneath.

The use of our support line is limited to: priority one support issues, defined as:

  • Malfunction in a crucial part of the system.
  • The system will not restart and the data is corrupted.

In all other instances the support line is used, an invoice might be sent. For less urgent problems use our support email address.
