FORK training levels Level 1 – FORK starter training The user will learn the basics of FORK. During this training the user will learn about the different modules within FORK, how they are related to each other and we will guide the user through the software with a quick tour. Level 2 – FORK user training The user will first get Level 1 training and as an addition to this, he will get the specifics for his own workflow with a more in depth training on how to use FORK and the necessary modules. Also the user will have the opportunity to do a hands-on training on his own system. We will also guide the user through the software while he is working on it. Included in this training are several Q&A sessions, so they learn as fast as possible how FORK works in their own environment. Level 3 – FORK SI demo training This level is for System Integrators, which should be able to demo the FORK system to their customers and who needs to know how FORK is operated. Level 3 training is also combination of Level 1, Level 2. Level 4 – FORK SI tech training This level is for System Integrators, which should be able to install and support the FORK system at their customers and who needs to know how FORK is operated and installed. Level 5 – Train the trainer This level is a combination of level 1, 2 and 3. Also during this training, the participant will get to know how to train users, how to use the different templates for these trainings and how to check if the users understood what the trainer teach them. With this training, the trainer is able to train normal users, on how to operate FORK as a normal user. Examinations and certificates On request we can do an examination for these levels. Also on request a certificate is available after an examination, to prove the participant has understood the training for the specific level.
