FORK User Trainings

101 - FORK Introduction
This introduction is for those who would like to know the basics of FORK. During this introduction the user will learn about the various modules within FORK and how they are related to each other via a presentation and a quick tour through FORK.

102 - FORK Basic User Training
This training includes the Introduction Training. After the introduction, the user will get a tour through the software, based on the modules he will use in his day-to-day operation. During this tour, the user can ask questions and discuss his workflow. After this tour, there is a hands-on training.

103 - FORK Super User Training
This training includes the Introduction and Basic User Training. After the introduction, the user will get a tour through the software, based on the modules used in day-to-day operation. During this tour, the user can ask questions and discuss the agreed workflow. After this tour, there is a hands-on training. To become a Super User the attendee will also learn how to create smart bins, basic scripts and how to setup user management in FORK.   After this training, the Super User is the intermediate between the users and Building4Media. The Super User is the main contact person for the users and the Super User will also train others in their facility as well. Technical questions will be handled by the technical administrator of FORK, who can do a Technical Administrator training. There is always an overlap between a FORK Technical Administrator and a FORK Super User.

FORK Technical Trainings

201 - FORK Technical Handover
After the installation of the FORK system by the engineers of Building4Media, the administrator will learn how the system is built up on a technical level, what the specifics are for the agreed configuration and how to trouble shoot the system in case the users or Super Users report a problem. The Technical Administrator will also work closely together with the Super Users when they have to make adjustments to the system, for example user administration, Smart Bins, scripting.   Technical administrators will need to understand and work with the complexity of signal paths and video routers within FORK. This will require both broadcast and IT knowledge.

202 - FORK Advanced Technical Training
This level is for System Integrators who should be able to install, support and take responsibility for the FORK system at the customer site. In order to optimize this level of Training the Trainee will need to show evidence via a test and exam of how FORK is installed and operated.
