FORK Xchange™ Suite, a professional Web application that empowers broadcasters with an easier and faster way to work together in a collaborative environment. The platform fully integrates with FORK™ Production Server and provides instant access to media when and where it’s needed – on any Windows®, Mac® or iOS device.
Features include the ability to browse, add metadata and markers, trigger FORK action scripts, and transfer media from and to multiple remote production servers.
To help organize media you can also create Smart Bins that automatically store clips with pre-chosen and pre-defined fields so that in seconds you can have access to all related clips for your project. Organized and accessible content are key ingredients in successful project management. Take control of you media – and work will flow. Xplore™ helps filter through thousands of clips using advanced search and query features that facilitate finding media in a quick and flexible way. Once you have found the media you can now edit its information and perform actions that are processed in real-time on the production server.
With the Xchange client users now have access to a powerful set of tools anywhere they have internet access. The Xchange suite of applications opens with Xplore – producers in the field can now view, edit and add meta-data and create markers on the proxy content in the cloud – and it all automatically syncs back to your main FORK database. Multi-site users can utilize FORK Xchange™ for transferring media from one FORK Production Server environment to another and utilizing the latest enhanced file transfer technology it all happens at an incredible speed
